As the wine hits the palate, it has the tell-tale sweetness, ripeness, beautifully knit, well-etched, medium to full-bodied character of the vintage. Neither the acidity, tannin, nor alcohol are obtrusive in this pure, expansive, tasty, and complex Barolo.'
