Odderos Barolo stammt aus verschiedenen Parzellen der Lagen Santa Maria Bricco Chiesa in La Morra und Bricco Fiasco in Castiglione Falletto. Der Ausbau dauert 30 Monate und findet nach Parzellen getrennt ausschließlich in großen Holzfässern, teilweise aus slawonischer, teilweise aus österreichischer Eiche, statt.
