'The 2018 Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières 1er Cru, which was picked September 5, has a well-defined bouquet of yellow flowers mixed with citrus fruit and orange blossom. The palate is spicy on the entry, offering ginger and lemongrass notes, impressive depth and good salinity toward the finish. A richer take on Folatières, but I think it works well.'
