On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, tensile and concentrated, with bright acids, a deep core of crisp fruit and a chalky finish. It's an impeccable En Remilly from Damien Colin that I wouldn't hesitate to purchase for my own cellar.'

The palate offers impressive fruit intensity with vivid acid drive and a mineral-rich finish. Damien Colin has produced a fantastic En Remilly with the substance to suggest long-term ageing.
