Der Sommelier und Winzer Enric Soler wirkt auf dem Weingut Cal Raspallet und so kommt dieser Ausnahme Xarel.lo mit überbordenden Aromen und aus Meisterhand ins Glas. Luis Gutierrez von Robert Parker's WineAdvocat urteilt über den Wein: 'A lot less oaky than previous vintages, the single-vineyard 2013 Nun Vinya dels Taus is sourced from a 0.78-hectare plot Xarello planted in 1945 that is worked organically. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in 300-liter oak barrels where it matured for eight months. It's a great expression of the chalky soils of Penedès through the Xarello grape and offers superb acidity and purity, making it very long and supple. This is a wine of structure and volume but well-proportioned and very balanced with the stuffing and harmony to live long in bottle. This is a benchmark Xarello, great example of what this grape can deliver.'
