Allgemeines
Nebbiolo ist eine rote Rebsorte, die hauptsächlich in Norditalien angebaut wird. Sie ist bekannt für ihre hohe Säure und Tannine und wird oft als eine der besten Rebsorten Italiens angesehen.
Geschichte
Die Geschichte von Nebbiolo reicht bis ins 13. Jahrhundert zurück. Die Rebsorte wurde erstmals in der Region Piemont in Norditalien angebaut und hat sich seitdem auf andere Regionen ausgeweitet.
Produktionsprozess
Der Produktionsprozess von Nebbiolo-Wein ist sehr anspruchsvoll. Die Trauben müssen vollständig ausgereift sein, bevor sie geerntet werden. Der Wein wird dann in Eichenfässern gelagert, um seine charakteristischen Aromen und Tannine zu entwickeln.
